What to expect
This event has spaces for up to 12 people. You can book to come solo or to come with a friend or family member or small group.
This mini retreat is all about relaxation, pausing and resetting at the end of the summer, before moving into the Autumn. You’ll be guided through six different meditations, curated to immerse you into the calm nature around you at Carlton Marshes. I’ll also sprinkle some information in between the meditations like the health and wellbeing benefits of meditation and science behind it.

Venue
This mini retreat takes place at Carlton Marshes Nature Reserve, Suffolk, NR33 8HU.
It is a beautiful site with magnificent wildlife and breath taking views. The retreat takes place in a lovely room inside with an adjoining patio area that we can use during our break.
There is a large carpark with electric charging points, accessible toilets, cafe & gift shop, and walks that are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

Ts&Cs
Payment is required to confirm a booking. For events such as retreats or workshops [stand-alone events with multiple occupancy for attendees] if you cancel less than 2 weeks before, you will not be offered any form of refund as Watch the Sunrise will still have to cover the cost of the event and potentially related costs which are charged per person by the venue, and Watch the Sunrise is a small business. However if with less than 2 weeks notice you decide you cannot/don’t wish to attend the event you’ve booked and paid for, you have the option of selling your ticket onto someone else [within safe, honest and ethical parameters], however, if you do resell a ticket, you MUST inform Watch the Sunrise as soon as possible and n less than 48 hours before the event, and the new ticket holder MUST complete the registration form. If you cancel an event with more than 2 weeks notice, you will be offered a part refund of the ticket price minus a £5 administration fee.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances then all booked and paid places will be refunded within 7 working days.
