Payment is required up front to confirm your booking. When booking you’ll be asked to complete a short form with some personal details which will allow me to make any adjustments I can make to ensure the meditation classes are as accessible and comfortable as possible for you. Meditation is a safe and effective stress management tool however the form will also identify any health circumstances that require you to seek medical advice before starting meditation.

Payment is required up front to confirm a booking. If a customer requests to cancel their booking with less than 7 days notice or does not attend, Watch the Sunrise reserves the right not to issue a refund or option to reschedule [a refund or reschedule option may be offered in extenuating circumstances, at the full discretion of Watch the Sunrise]. If a customer gives more than 7 days notice that they can no longer attend their booking, they will be offered the opportunity to use their payment for an alternative event/class where possible and at the discretion of Watch the Sunrise.

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances then all booked and paid places will be refunded within 7 working days.
