Classes to suit you.
Begin your meditation journey with me by learning the foundations or take the next step to add to your existing knowledge by learning a wider range of types and techniques you can benefit from and integrate into your self-practice.
Complete beginners will start by learning the core foundations of meditation and can then move onto intermediate and advanced tools and techniques. All classes are taught by me (Emma), a qualified and registered meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. Supporting materials such as guided meditation audio casts will be provided alongside my classes.

Adult classes.
One hour classes and 1-to-1 sessions in Gorleston and the surrounding area. For complete beginners onwards.
Learn the foundations of meditation with me or continue you meditation journey to advanced types and techniques.

Events.
Taster events, workshops and retreats centred around meditation and mindfulness for beginners onwards.
Attend special events solo or with friends and family to compliment your meditation journey.

Child classes.
Child friendly mindful meditation classes for ages 4-11, specially tailored to promote and cultivate focus, relaxation, self regulation, empathy and gratitude.
45 minute sessions at a time and venue to suit you and your child.
