All classes are taught by me (Emma), a qualified and registered meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. I also provide supporting materials such as guided meditation audio casts and tips for finding mindfulness in your daily life. Whether you’re looking for a weekly class to drop into, bespoke one-to-one sessions, a wellbeing workshop for your business, or a special self-care event, I’ve got you covered.

Classes, 1-to-1 sessions and events in Gorleston and the surrounding area. For complete beginners onwards.
Learn the foundations of meditation with me or continue you meditation journey to a deeper practice.
