Learn the foundations of meditation - no experience needed
In person various venues in Gorleston and surrounding areas / Online
Pause, rebalance and embrace relaxation. As well as reducing stress and aiding relaxation, scientific studies now evidence the vast range of benefits to our physical and psychological health and wellbeing that meditation can bring.

DEVELOPMENT.
Develop your meditation practice - some experience needed
In person various venues in Gorleston and surrounding areas / Online
Stand alone special events or sessions, usually focused on a specific theme, where those who have already attended some classes with me and/or have experiencing meditating at home or in other settings can learn more advanced techniques and types of meditation.
Previous themes have been: ‘breathing calm’, ‘energise and uplift’, and ‘embracing silence’.

A DAY TO SUIT YOU.
Group booking for 2 hour workshop - various dates available.
Groups of 3-6 people. Price starts at £30 pp, includes light refreshments.
Venue: A choice of venues local to the Gorleston area.
Do you have a group of friends or family who’d like an introduction to meditation? Are you looking for an activity to mark a special occasion or milestone? This bespoke session could deliver the unique, immersive, self-care experience you’re looking for.
You’ll be guided through a range of types, techniques and tools of meditation and mindfulness and learn some of the science, history, and benefits of this amazing practice. The session will be curated especially for your group, with your choice of focus such energise, rebalance, or mindfulness.
