MONDAYS.
Mondays 11am-12:30pm - Beginner friendly.
£10 per session, includes a hot drink - book via Pavilion Box Office.
Venue: The Pavilion Theatre, Pier Gardens, Gorleston, NR31 6PP [upstairs studio].
This class is part of the Pavilion Theatre’s Wellbeing Hub. You can book to attend the dates that suit you. Sessions are suitable for complete beginners and include a range of types and techniques of meditation. You’ll discover some of the science and history behind meditation and the benefits it can bring. The classes focus on reducing stress and on how to integrate mindfulness in daily life to improve and support wellbeing.
TUESDAYS.
Tuesdays 7:15pm - 8:00pm - Beginner friendly.
£38 for a 4 week block - booking required via Watch the Sunrise.
Venue: Riverside Pilates & Wellness, Riverside Road, Gorleston, NR31 6PX.
Pause, rebalance and embrace relaxation. As well as reducing stress and aiding relaxation, scientific studies now evidence the vast range of benefits to our physical and psychological health and wellbeing that meditation can bring. Each 4 week block will build on exploring, experiencing, and learning a range of types and techniques of meditation and mindfulness, including tools to use in your daily life so that you can find calm anytime, anywhere. Discover how meditation could positively impact your life.

You’ll be guided through a range of types, techniques and tools of meditation and mindfulness and learn some of the science, history, and benefits of this amazing practice. The session will be curated especially for your group, with your choice of focus such energise, rebalance, or mindfulness.
