I offer a range of in person meditation and mindfulness classes for adults, ranging from complete beginner onwards. Explore the classes I’m currently offering below.

AUTUMN - WINTER.
Mondays 11am-12:30pm weekly drop-in sessions.
£10 per person per session, includes a hot drink.
This class is held at The Pavilion Theatre Gorleston in the upstairs studio as part of their Wellbeing Hub.
Classes are suitable for complete beginners and include a range of types and techniques of meditation. You’ll discover some of the science and history behind meditation and the benefits it can bring. The classes will focus on reducing stress and on how to integrate mindfulness in daily life to improve and support wellbeing.
One to one sessions for adults, beginner to advanced.

If you’re interested in having one-to-one classes, complete the enquiry form to register your interest. You can begin by booking 1 session then see how you feel, and if you decide to have regular sessions you can book a block of dates in advance.
The one-to-one classes are taught at the level that suits you, and move at your pace (complete beginner through to advanced). I will teach breath, visualisation, mindfulness, contemplation and mantra meditations for beginners with additional types such as chanting, zen, walking and silent meditation for those who are moving onto intermediate and advanced class content.

While having one-to-one classes you can also sign up to other Watch the Sunrise classes/events to complement your meditation journey.

One-to-one classes can either be held over video calls online or in a selection of venues locally in Gorleston and the surrounding area.
If you opt to use an external venue this will incur additional costs. External venues may also have more limited booking availability/need to be booked further in advance.

Payment is required in advance to secure a booking.
For one-to-one online sessions if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice you will be offered the choice of EITHER a refund less a £5 administration fee OR the option to re-schedule your booking payment amount to another future class or event with places available. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will only be offered the option of rescheduling your booking payment amount to another future class or event with places available.
For one-to-one in person sessions if you cancel with more than 2 weeks notice you will be offered the choice of EITHER a refund less a £5 administration fee OR the option to re-schedule your booking payment amount to another one-to-one session, future group class or event with places available. If you give less than 2 weeks notice, due to the venue/s Watch the Sunrise uses being unable to refund booked rooms with less than 2 weeks notice, you will be offered a part refund of the price paid for your session minus the cost of venue hire booked for your session.
When booking you’ll be asked to complete a short form with some personal details which will allow me to make any adjustments I can, to ensure the meditation classes are as accessible and comfortable as possible. Meditation is a safe and effective stress management tool however the form will also identify any health circumstances that require you to seek medical advice before you start meditation.

Mindful meditation classes tailored to you and your meditation journey whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practicing a while and are looking to expand your knowledge and the types and techniques of meditation you can learn and integrate into your own practice. You’ll learn about the science behind meditation and how it can benefit our health and wellbeing. Classes can be booked to suit your routine and availability such as weekly/fortnightly.
