A day dedicated to experiencing a variety of meditation practices and learning core techniques for using every day, with interactive exercises and accompanying resources.

2 hour session with a range of guided meditations and mindfulness tools to apply in day-to-day life. Great to start or close staff training/development days or school INSET days.
