45 minute session to relax and re-energise, perfect as a taster to try meditation in your workplace. Works well any time but especially at the start of the day or after lunch.

Unwind & Reset:

A day dedicated to experiencing a variety of meditation practices and learning core techniques for using every day, with interactive exercises and accompanying resources.

In person - various areas covered in Norfolk & Suffolk.

Prices start at £950

Relax & Rebalance:

2 hour session with a range of guided meditations and mindfulness tools to apply in day-to-day life. Great to start or close staff training/development days or school INSET days.
